Broers FamilyAugust 17, 2023I called these guys to come out and give a quote for my junk. 180-unit townhome park. After they left after giving me the quote, I called owner to send them back that I wanted the work done asap. Without hesitation he sent his workers back to do the work. His workers ended up picking up all my junk and i was happy with that. well, my junk had sat there for a month and trash had accumulated and after I seen these guys load up the junk, I seen the worker start cleaning up my debris and trash which was not part if the plan. It just shows you the gratitude and extra effort these guys go to make a customer happy. Mind you it was 108 outside and he still went above and beyond

The whole process was easy and pleasant from the first phone call to the follow up text messages letting me know when they would arrive. Getting a quote is easy. Just send them a picture. He provided more information on how the process works, discussed my junk situation, and scheduled a time to meet up the next day. The representative was on time, professional, courteous, and fair. Within 15 minutes we agreed on the arrangement and the haulers were there within 5 minutes. The haulers cleaned up my junk in 45 minutes, got my signature, and took off. It was a seamless and hassle free process. 10/10 would recommend and will use again.

I recently had the Junk shot team come pick up a huge pile of junk that we had accumulated from redoing our deck. The boys and Rachel showed up on time and got right to work. We are so pleased with the service they provided. The whole process was so easy. We snapped a few photos, sent them in and got a quote within a few minutes. They offered me multiple days and times they could come by that worked for my schedule . The price was great for the amount of stuff that needed to be picked up. The best part. . . No dump runs for my husband and I!! Junk Shot took care of everything and they even swept and blew to leave a clean area once they were done. Thank you so much Junk Shot, you are all amazing!!
