Our Story
My name is Eric Sharp and I am the owner of Junk Shot of South Atlanta! I have lived in South Atlanta off and on for most of my life. I left for a few years to travel to Florida to pursue a career in Aviation Maintenance. I have always missed home though and quickly made the decision to move back to be closer to family. Yes, I am an HBCU Alum. I had the privilege of working with the Lockheed Martin Corporation in Marietta, GA to help protect our brave men and women of the Armed Forces. As you read above, my family is what brought me back to the great state of Atlanta.
I recently had a kickoff brunch with the Founders of Junk Shot. I was blessed enough to have four generations of my family sitting at the table. God is good! Family is everything to me. With Junk Shot, I have the ability to stay in my home state and be close to them. Lastly, as someone who grew up in South Atlanta, being a Junk Shot owner gives me the opportunity to give back and help keep our neighborhoods clean and help promote local small business ownership.
