My name is Marina Tonella and I am the owner of AWS of West Palm Beach. I am not originally from the West Palm Beach area. However, I have been traveling here for many years to visit friends and just enjoy all the beauty it has to offer. I finally made the decision a few years ago to move here. My husband, our 4 daughters, and I thought what better way to show our love for Palm Beach County than to become local business owners, join the Chamber of Commerce and try to give back and help support our community.
There are many factors that went into our decision to become AWS owners. To keep it short and sweet, it really boiled down to two things. Their Culture and their Mission. First talking with the current Franchisees I noticed a recurring theme. They called it C.A.R.E. This is the company mantra. When we went in person for the Discovery Day. This is where you meet the owners and the team at the corporate Headquarters. You really could feel the C.A.R.E. the moment you got onsite. The excitement that they emanate is infectious. Everyone from the owners to the guys out in the truck has the same attitude. It’s all about helping each other, the customer, and their community. I want to be a part of that!
